Clore Leadership, the UK's leading cultural leadership development agency, commissioned The Space To Come in 2020 to curate a support programme for Black, Asian and ethnically diverse cultural leaders. Brilliant Routes creates an intimate, nurturing space for people who often find themselves 'The Only Ones' in a sector that over-indexes white and middle-class.
The Space To Come has assembled a team including editor, podcast producer, coaches and facilitators to deliver a curated programme featuring:
Monthly development sessions for reflection, networking and strategic sharing led by high-level speakers
Kinship Circles for four levels of leader that share coaching tools and offer space for guided peer-peer support
An online Learning Zone featuring new commissioned writing and a series of Brilliance Mapping interviews that documents the unique journeys and particular brilliance of Black, Asian and ethnically diverse leaders
A dedicated Brilliance Routes podcast
A special Well Fed experience for Black, Asian, ethnically diverse and white leaders to meet
After a popular sold out year, Clore Leadership has re-commissioned the project and it continues to run. In 2022, The Space To Come created Re-UP! as a new offer for the Brilliant Routes programme focusing specifically on restorative practices.
